Some of our most basic crating/packaging structures we use are:

Skid and Band - The unit is simply placed on a solid wood base, then blocked and banded to the base.

Open Slat Crate- a solid wood base, with the item being surrounded by boards spaced apart and nailed to the base.

Cleated Plywood Box - Sides and top are fabricated from plywood reinforced by lumber cleats and attached to a wood base.

All Wood Box - Sides and top are fabricated from solid lumber pieces, reinforced by battens and secured to a wood base.

Case Lined Box -cleated plywood box or all wood box, featuring complete interior lining with waterproof paper.

Lined and Shock-Mounted Structure-Case Lined box in which the item is shock mounted and padded using springs and/or padding for cushioning.
